Production Pocess

The inherent molecular qualities of individual urethane and nylon cause the two materials to resist bonding. Rather than injection molded, the urethane is liquid cast and chemically bonded to the nylon core. Hence, the key element in production is the chemical formula that promotes adherence.

Unique to Durastar

This wheel type is not necessarily "new" to the market. In fact, Durastar is the original developer to introduce this wheel in 2004. Since then, competitors have made efforts to produce imitations, and have sold the imitations in the market. However, due to their extreme inferiority of the key element, imitations are prone to quickly de-bond and fail. In this way, Durastar remains as the sole producer of this outstanding wheel!
